The prize draw is organised by BIMCO.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who subscribe to the BIMCO Training newsletter for the first time during the promotional period.
Unsubscribing from the BIMCO Training newsletter and subsequently subscribing again will not qualify as a new subscription or constitute a valid entry into the prize draw.
3. How to enter
To enter the prize draw, individuals must complete a new subscription to the BIMCO Training newsletter through the official BIMCO website by 31 December 2026.
No purchase is necessary.
Subscriptions must be valid and confirmed in accordance with the normal newsletter subscription process.
4. The prize
Three winners will each receive one complimentary place at a BIMCO 180 Seminar of their choice taking place in 2027, subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be redeemed for any other BIMCO training course or service.
5. Winner selection and notification
Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
The draw will take place in January 2027.
The winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided when subscribing to the newsletter.
If a selected winner does not respond within 20 days of notification, BIMCO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Personal data
Personal data will be processed in accordance with BIMCO's Privacy Policy.
7. General conditions
BIMCO reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
BIMCO reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements or that are considered fraudulent or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
By entering the prize draw, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
