What happened at the Marine Environment and Maritime Safety & Security meetings

Bjorn Hojgaard was elected as Chairperson of both these committees earlier this year at the BIMCO General Meeting. The two committees held their first meetings on 30 September and 1 October, and he gave us his thoughts right after they concluded.
